sawtooth Posted June 27, 2013 Report Share Posted June 27, 2013 (edited) As above, have done it once before a few years ago so need a refresher, method, oil amounts etc, both fork legs have oil? Bike is '07 btw. Before I do change the seals I'm going to try to remove any dirt with a sealmate or feeler gauge so if that works whats the method for topping up the fork oil? lineaway Posted June 27, 2013 Report Share Posted June 27, 2013 Loosen top fork clamps. Loosen fork tops. Slide dust seal up, remove seal clip. Remove bottom bolt from fork leg, drain. Pull bottom leg off, Seal comes out at the same time.
