Hi guys

It's all to common to here of company after company delivering bad service.

After a mention on here I sent some ajs stormer/villers parts to have some work done by Nametab engineering.

I phoned Simon Bateman up on monday to ask if he had recieved my bits, to which he said yes however he was going away tuesday for 10 days (oh bugger). He was very apologetic and explained that he had to much work on to do it that day...........I recieved the bits back on wednesday!!!! Not only that but its some of the best work i have ever seen done!!!

Simon must of pulled out all the stops for me and I am a first time customer who he does not even know.......he could not of even had time to put my cheque in the bank.

On top of all that he even sent the girlfriends tea towel back which i used as packaging.

Not often I praise a company but Simon deserves all my future custom.

just thought i should let the world know that some people/companies out there still value us

I've always had great service from Simon too. Top bloke.
