Is it watercooled? Looks like a rad up front!

It is with assisted cooling of fins on the cylinder. My dad says they are a pain to run because they need to be moving to stay cool. Any delay in the start of a race, they have issues.

So Just like any other water cooled race bike.( I.E. no fan)

They aren't realy a problem , but they have to be up to working temp before riding hard as they are prone to cold seizures ,in cold weather the rad has to be partially blanked off to keep the temp up . Water cooled TSS bultacos work on the thermo syphon principle , they have no water pump . The frames are made from the same stuff as the early pre chrome moly stuff and handle realy well , in fact when the 350 AJR replica was made in the late 90s some people said it didn't handle as nicely as an original as it was too stiff .
