May 5, 201511 yr Author Just a quick update !!! The guy that supposedly rebuilt it was called Nev erfinished ajob !!!!!!! No cank seal in the balance weight side and nothing tightened up ..... So it's a spilt it and check from start to finish .... A couple of spacers and circlips missing too !!!' Miracle it started ...... Hopefully ready for the next twinshock round in June !!!!!' May 13, 201511 yr Author So today's progress and traumas ..... Chain tensioner sorted !!! The inside of the rear brake plate seems to be catching the inside of the hub ... Is the wheel the same as a 125 wheel ?? Crank seals here engine ready to go back together!! Front forks have no seals in & there appears to be no groove for a circlip ?? How do they stop in!!!! Thanks for any help as normal ??? As always The Wobbler
May 14, 201511 yr I think the 125 had a bigger hub and rim , Not sure though . I got my fork seals from Bill Pye , a several years ago now , I remember something weird with the forks , but not what it was ... Contact Bill , He'll sort you out . Glenn
June 8, 201511 yr Author Well - I rode it and finished ......need to improve my throttle control !!!! Good fun though 80 mono next !!!! A few more cc's can't hurt ! As always The wobbler
