September 13, 200520 yr hi i have a sherco 125 03 model! i came to take the airbox off and the front bolt that holds the airbox on has sheared and the bolt is half stuck in the insert in the airbox! how do i mend this? any help would be appreciated! thanks james
September 13, 200520 yr If a piece of a bolt is down in a hole, I like to jam a piece of wooden dowel into the hole. It makes it easier to center the drill. The broken end of the bolt is never flat and it's hard to drill on center.
