Big Bore Kits

Looking at purchasing a 300cc kit for 2006 . I rode a 2015 that was converted and was impressed with the power. Other than buying the 300 kit are there any other concerns I should address?

Thanks for the help.

A larger radiator might be a good idea, if you're gonna use the power of the 300 and maybe a larger exhaust manifold, for instance a 27mm one.

As I recall, the 300cc kits require case boring... I might be wrong. The 280cc kits don't need case modifications, so it's a simple cylinder / piston swap.

In addition to guys' comments on cooling and exhaust, you'll want to get a programmable TB/ECU (if you don't already have one) to adjust fueling for the larger displacement. Beyond that, some bore the TB to 30mm for the 300cc setup.
