I had the same problem and I installed a longer hose upwards and I fixed the hose in the guide where the cables pass.

The petrol does not leak now any more.

    Dont think you'll find a valve that fits in that VERY small piece of hose??

    I've had the same prob. with my Rev3..and yep..it is a bit annoying since it wrecks the tank stickers :ph34r:
