I have recently aquired a set of renthal fatbars for my 03 pro 280 and have been trying to get a set of clamps for them but my local shop are out of stock, so I have contacted BandC express(the dealers in the uk) from the renthal website. They told me that any of the 28mm mounts will work but I will have to make sure I order the clamps with the correct offset, height and bolt lengths etc.. Can anyone tell me which clamps I need. Oh.. What difference would it make by moving the bars forward or back, is it just personal preference or will it affect the handling characteristics of the bike?
