Sorry 403 not 401

Again 403, not a bike model, however it is stamped on the frame apparently on a 301 model? this is just googling to get this and not neccasarily correct. here is a pic of a 301

I always thought 403 was a reference to the 249cc motor but for some reason these pics I have refer to the 301 as FM 266, possibly just a typo. 

This site from the Netherlands I believe, states that only the 1983 300 professional was designated FM 403.
