Fantic 240 carburettor

My original carb is badly worn.

Do I change it to a flat slide carb Kiehin or Oko or just replace with original one

This is not an answer what I think you should do, but I have good experience of the OKO/PWK carb. http://www.mid-atlantictrials.com/Sales.html have a kit for the 240 on their homepage. Some adaptors for the air filter may have to be done. For stock Dellorto https://www.inmotiontrials.com/product/dellorto-carburettor-complete/
