ahell
To carry out my other projects, I bought a 3rd 315R. A 2002 model. The objective of this one is not to make a replica that stays warm in a collection. But a completely overhauled motorcycle, precise and efficient as the original for regular riding. The original fork (in very good condition) went on the Ogawa RTLF Replica. The fork (black tubes) of the 4rt (now RTLF) takes place after a major overhaul on this 315R The shock absorber is completely overhauled (gaskets, buffer, drain, pressure, ball joints) New linkage, new rockers. Carbon swingarm protection, and carbon kevlar fork guard. Swingarm pad, crown guard, front number plate, gas barrel, original grips. The covering receives a two-component varnish resistant to hydrocarbons. The engine will be opened and overhauled. Overhaul of brake calipers (ultrasound, special grease, etc.) Ultrasonic carburetor overhaul and new parts (gaskets, bushel, needle, idle jet) Some stickers taking the look of Lampkin's 2002 motorcycle... and frankly, I find it super pretty. Engine overhaul report: - piston from Vertex - connecting rod from Italkit - main bearings and seals - water pump seals - Sprocket seal - various joints necessary for reassembly I hope you enjoy. Alain from France. Edited April 5 by ahell 5

ahell
38 pilot jet ...not good. Need more! (original 35) The replacement air filter foam is “lighter” than the original Montesa. The engine therefore breathes much more air.
