I started trying to change the settings, I just changed the Float Needle valve to 200 and Main Jet 122, but it didn’t do anything. It still pours. Could it be a problem with the floats? Their weight is 2.8 grams. Maybe the float chamber I have is 19 mm at the wrong level. What settings are needed for my 237cc engine. Maybe the float chamber level is wrong? October 22, 20241 yr Next test I would do is hook up fuel delivery to the carburetor and move the float lever part #70 up and down with my finger, observing how well the valve allows fuel to flow into the float bowl area and to stop the fuel flow correctly when you raise the lever. Works just like a toilet, if you can fix a leaking toilet you can fix a carburetor.
