Got a pair of Gaernes at the minute but broke ankle in them before christmas. Need new boots which give better ankle support than Gaernes. Thanks for your help. dave blowers Posted February 9, 2004 Report Share Posted February 9, 2004 Cant talk for the Diadora's but can tell you that Alpinestar no-stops are great boots, got a pair recently after Novogars and they are a lot more supportive and comfy. physco Posted February 10, 2004 Report Share Posted February 10, 2004 HI, novagar boots are the best by a long way,two reasons,maybe three,they are light to wear,dry very quick after washing and are sensibley priced,and yes i do pay for them.
