titanium Posted July 25, 2006 Report Share Posted July 25, 2006 Depending on the size of the logs, we like to ride up the sawed ends. If they aren't high enough, we put something under them. It is a good idea to square off the top edge. You can place them end to end with a gap in the middle, I have also seen them placed end to end on an incline with a gap in the middle.
