Best way to get more bike time is to start helping put on events, flag carriers / helpers are always needed to both mark out & pick up after events. physco Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 i am an old dog!!!!.i keep doing the scott because one day it will be gone forever,maybe soon maybe in 20 years??,with the present clowns in charge of goverment any thing could happen.if you want to finish the scott start training now!!.a cycle ride is good and so is swimming.i still enjoy the scott but find it getting harder as i get older.what you will find if you enter is how much encouragment you get on the day.every body wants you to finish.have a go as one day you may not be able to.long live the scott trial.still the best trial in the world and still no stop!!!!!!.
