As a supporter of the Miller series for the last 10 years, I have to say that Woody's observation is the most accurate.

I have every admiration for the skill needed to put together some of the specials currently being used, but it is outside the original intention of the series. Then the organisers stiffened the sections, which alienates the more standard bikes and the older riders.

There is every indication that it is almost game over for the series: dwindling entries, genuine pre-65 bikes (and riders!) getting too old and valuable to risk, twinshocks added, trail bikes deleted, Adrian Moss's defection to run his own show.

The king is dead? perhaps not but a lot of people need to work together to save it.
