Hello fellas and wanna be fellas...

I need a suitable jacket for when I go trialling, I also like to be able to carry little bits and pieces like plugs and mobile phone etc.

Question 1. Should I get a jacket that has an elasticated waiste or

Question 2. Should I get one without..

Question 3 . Would either of the above restrict movement? For a budget of say £40-80 what comes reccomended by those that know?

Question 4. I could spend £15 - 30 on any old jacket it only needs to be light weight, thin, wind and water proof. I can get this from a boating shop, so... what makes a trials jacket a trials jacket?

Cheers...

You could spend a small fortune on a brand jacket?
But they are still as susceptable to thorn bushs as a cheap one. "And would it make you ride any better"
Or you could buy a cheap light weight jacket, and a bum bag,,,

Deffo MTb jackets in my opinion. Try wiggle.co.I'm and chainreactioncycles.com. I have always had Altura ones and they have worked well/ been good value.
