300V is a very good oil that comes in a wide range of grades. 5w-30 is a the less viscous end of the range. It may make the clutch a bit grabby, if so try 5w-40 or 10w-40. 10w-40 works well in trials and MX clutches.

I use it in my evo 250. It doesn't work miracles, but my clutch hasn't failed to release since switching, as with most oils drag increases when it needs changing. 5/40 is fine the clutch isn't too grabby.
