  1. The skis look like they are the same vintage!
  2. I have just put the cases back together and am getting about 1mm end float on the selector shaft, is this going to be a problem? Should I strip it back down and shim the right hand end? Thanks, Phil
  3. Bienvenu, I am just up the road at le Grand Bornand 74450. I have a 349 & a 348, always looking for bits and pieces! Salutations, Phil
  4. Hi Richard, I live down in the Haute Savoie. Have you tried looking on leboncoin.fr seems like there is a few bikes in your area. Good luck, Phil
  5. Which area of France. I am in the haute savoie near Annecy. Welcome to the forum.
  6. I use a luggage strap with the ratchet tightening mechanism. Strap is about 1" wide and I wrap it twice around the magneto then tie it off to the frame.
  7. Have you found www.trial-zone.com ? Might be something of interest.
  8. There is a nice TY250 in your department near Chalus that would be tempting to me. These older bikes are keeping their value and are fairly easy to work on also have a seat of sorts to rest older bones on!
  9. Hi all, Just found this site, looks very good. I live in France in the Alps - a trials paradise! I bought a used Montesa Cota 348 in 1982, still got it but bit rough now and in pieces. Just bought a 1979 Montesa Cota 349, much nicer bike but needs usual pieces, eg fork & shock seals, brake shoes, tank straps....Welcome any advice for spares. Also love to find some sort of manual. Thanks, Phil Gold
