  1. Yeah, I've just got sick of pumping mine back up constantly and had a Michelin put on. Not massively happy as it's only 4 months old so £75 for a new tyre isn't great (I'm from Yorkshire)!!! Shop just said dunlops were s@@t!
  2. It's £10 to ride, and I think it's about £20 to join for the year. They do some trials as well which are novice friendly. Like someone else said Parkwood at tong is awesome and there's cowm in Rochdale which is only a short blast down 62!
  3. Ayup from Huddersfield! I would personally look at the second hand bikes on this site or eBay. You'll be paying a few hundred quid over what there worth from a shop. I know there's a bit more come back from a shop but beware of one that says bikes have passed through its workshop!!! Bumpys in Leeds is also good to have a practice at. Good luck!
  4. Ok, I've checked and there's no spark. The piston feels fine as it's turning and you can feel the compression. Thinking something on the wiring loom now (obviously)! Start with the kill switch?
  5. Ran out of time to check but I'm going to to have a look tomorrow morning. Guess I should have checked before posting but just wanted to see what everyone thought!
  6. Hi, hoping for some help with my 2014 300 Evo. Riding home after a good practice session, 6th gear just tootling along and then the engine just stopped, nothing dramatic no big bangs just stopped! Luckily I was going downhill to my house but when I tried to kick it again just having none of it. Changed the spark plug hoping it was that but didn't work. Any ideas?
  7. Cheers man, as I'm probably the only person in the world who's never used eBay(excusing third world countries and people without broadband) I found it difficult to get my point across as to what I actually bloody wanted!!! Thanks again!
  8. Hi, bit of a strange one but does anyone know where I might start looking for a petrol tank for a 93 contact-t? I'm assuming there's breakers out there somewhere but it's just too much of a narrow search band for me to locate anything.
  9. Hi Wayne, I'd probably just sell it really cheap to a mate and buy a new one! That way all the worry and stress are passed on to someone else. ?!!! Good luck, Paul B.
  10. Few! Believe it or not and I'm not just saying this that did cross my mind, cue rear shock spring off into my eye!!! Just fallen out with the caliper so am not in the mood to give it a go, thanks a lot for the advice! Cheers again Paul.
  11. Help......new to the whole trials thing and entering with baby steps I decided to purchase on old, some might say classic contact t!!! It's a 93' so I did expect it to be a project, no bother there, brakes were crap front and back clutch drags so on and so on, started striping it down to bring up to scratch but have become seriously stuck trying to remove the rear brake master cylinder!!! It's all disconnected but won't fit through any gaps! Hoping it's not a swing arm removal job, any tips or knowledge as to my problem will be greatly recieved!!! Cheers Paul.
