Although a committed Middlesbrough fan. (interestlingly enough MFC played more games than any other top flight club last season) I cannot see anyone taking the title from Chelsea. The battle for runner up spot and who gets relegated are more interesting. As for Boro, A UEFA cup place at the end of the season would be brilliant and a trip to Wembley fantastic. Thats if Multiplex get it finished.

Dear Abby, I've never written to you before, but I really need your advice on what could be a crucial decision. I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me. The usual signs... Phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them." I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive, although I can hear a car setting off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she wasn't in a taxi? I once picked her cell phone up just to see…

A green frog walked into a bank. He went up to the teller, who's name was Paddy Wak. He asked Paddy," Would it be OK to get a $30.000 loan for a holiday". Paddy replied "you must have collateral to get a loan as big as that". The frog said "Thats OK, my dads Mike Jagger, and the manager of the bank knows my father, and i"ve got this". Frog then gets out of his pocket a beautiful miniture elephant, about one inch high. He hands it to the teller who looks at it in bewilderment. The teller then tells frog he will have to go discuss it with the Manager. Paddy goes into the Managers office and tells him of the frogs loan request and shows him the tiny elephant, asking "what…

I raced a Harley today and after some really hard riding I managed to PASS the guy. I was riding on one of those really, really twisting sections of mountain road with no straight sections to speak of and where most of the bends have warning signs that say "MAX SPEED 40 MPH". I knew if I was going to pass one of those monsters with those big-cubic-inch motors, it would have to be a place like this where handling and rider skill are more important than horsepower alone. I saw the guy up ahead as I exited one of the turns and knew I could catch him, but it wouldn't be easy. I concentrated on my braking and cornering. Three corners later, I was on his mudguard. Catching …

An Australian ventriloquist visiting New Zealand, walks into a small Village & sees a local sitting on his porch patting his dog. He figures he'll have little fun. Ventriloquist: "G'day Mate! Good looking dog, mind if I speak to him?" Kiwi: "The dog doesn't talk, you stupid Aussie." Ventriloquist: "Hello dog, how's it going mate?" Dog: "Doin' all right." Kiwi: (look of extreme shock) Ventriloquist: "Is this villager your owner?" (pointing at the Kiwi) Dog: "Yep" Ventriloquist: "How does he treat you?" Dog: "Real good. He walks me twice a day, feeds me great food & takes me to The lake once a week to play." Kiwi: (look of utter disbelief…

I reckon that there's a fair few of you here who are pretty computer literate. I've got a really annoying oproblem with my pc, all it is, is that when I put the My Pictures folder on the desktop, it won't show the filenames of the images in the folder when they're on thumbnail view. As in, it looks like this: If I simply rename the folder as just Pictures then that solves the problem, but it creates another in that when I click Windows links to My Pictures it creates a new folder in my documents with the sample pictures in it. Does anyone know what I can do to make the filenames reappear in My Pictures please? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advanc…

Hi, I have an Idea for a book. Sadly not trials related, but 2 wheel related. The trusty Honda Cub is in its 50th year of production in 2008 and I would like to write a book about its history. I need some pointers as where to start. Obviously I know I need to pick up t he info etc but what about using other material from the web etc. I dont want to upset anyone, but at the same time it is what most history writers do is use other peoples info etc. Thanks in advance. Bo drinker.

I thought that title may get you in here quick sharp. I've just looked at the for sale section of TC and found the following ad. "125cc Beta Rev 3 priced to sell." If you're selling a bike, pricing it so that someone may want to pay you would obviously a good idea. I wonder if I'm missing something or am I just being a little pedantic.... again?

The Irish Priest A man enters a confessional and says to the Irish Priest, "Father, it has been one month since my last confession. I've had sex with Fannie Green every week for the last month." The priest tells the sinner, "You are forgiven. Go out and say three 'Hail Mary's'." Soon, another man enters the confessional. "Father, it has been two months since my last confession. I have had sex with Fannie Green twice a week for the last two months." This time the priest asks, "Who is this Fannie Green?" "A new woman in the neighbourhood," the sinner replies. "Very well," says the priest. "Go and say ten 'Hail Mary's'." The next morning in church, the pri…

A woman was shopping at her local supermarket where she selected: 2 litres of low fat milk, a carton of eggs, 2 litres of orange juice, a head of lettuce, half a dozen tomatoes, a 500g jar of coffee, a 250g pack of bacon. As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, a drunk standing behind her watched as she placed the items in front of the cashier. While the cashier was ringing up her purchases, the drunk calmly stated,"You must be single." The woman was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was intrigued by the derelict's intuition, since she was indeed single. She looked at her six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly …
