I have been trying to access their site, which I did use earlier in the week, but for the last day or so the address appear to be no good. I have also been awaiting an email reply, but that has not come. Does anyone know the state of the company? Spencer

Hi all recently bought a new to me 2012 jotagas 300 I could sometimes hear a slight ratcheting noise like the Kickstarter was slightly engaged whilst running. I have taken the casing off and found that there is a 2 holes on the waterpump/clutch casing side that im guessing the Kickstarter pawl is ment to be bolted into but it appears to have pulled out of casing and elongated the holes any advice will try and upload pictures

Hi guys I have water in my gearbox so its time to change the water pump seals and shaft, however on dismantling the side cover I realise you have to take the engine out to change the water pump seal as the complete side cover for the gear box wont come completely free due to the Frame being in the way ?????? I have had the engine out before to do a complete rebuild I should have maybe changed seals then but I didnt think, Any suggestions please?????? Many thanks i advance.

Hello all, Mark here from Au. I'm new to trials and looking at what the seller believed to be a 2015 250 Jotagas, however neither of us are sure of the bikes age based on Jgas images of the 2015 models. The serial number is: UCPJT300115074007# if anyone can throw some light on it. I've contacted JGas, but as yet no reply. Happy trials all.

Hasn't been much activity here so thought I would offer some things I have recently done to my 2015 JGas JT250: Fitted an OKO 26mm carb – model K103BT - http://oko-australia.com.au/trials in replace of the standard Dellorto PHBL26. Stayed with the 26mm OKO rather than a 28mm due to the type of riding I do (i.e. no splat walls) and apparently easier to tune, jetting and air-screw wise. To fit the OKO, I used the JGAS accessory intake manifold part for Keihin PWK carby’s to accommodate the larger diameter needed. Fitted a 5mm intake manifold spacer – http://trialparts-shop.de/en/shop/jotagas/vergaserflansch-jotagas/ which accommodates the slightly shorter length of the …
