I have a 2015 J.Gas 300, very happy with the bike, apart from the clutch cover breaking at the same place every time. The hydraulic pressure seems to be to much for the wall thickness of the cover, and it pops this little ring of magnesium off every time. Is there a remedy for this or how can it be repaired?

Hi, I have recently bought a 2015 JGas 250 with the Elka Shock. It appears that the lower shock body is too close to the V linkage system such that on some landings the lower body bottoms out on the V linkage system. Has anyone else had that problem? I notice that the red V linkage system has been milled out more comparative to my 2014 Jotagas 250 so it appears that the lack of room is acknowledged but has anyone else found a best solution? I could dremel out the linkage to make more room but maybe there is an alternative. I weigh 71 - 74 Kg (depending on how much Christmas cake was eaten) and I have assessed the rider sag and wound the spring up one full turn on the adju…

Well after two years The Jotagas is being moved on. It's been a blast but from now on We'll be in the Ossa Forums. The allure of Fuel Injection just too much for my Son. So long and thanks for the fish!!

The small Matchbox on the left side. I can't see it on the parts diagram and ours was knocked off the metal mount. Still connected and the bike runs ok but I am concerned just in case.

I was just wondering if anyone had ridden both a JTG 300 and a JTG 280 to compare performance? I have a 2013 JTG 300 with 2014 & 2015 updates including 2015 mapping. All standard as far as I know including fast action throttle. Just to say I LOVE the JTG 300. What would the 2014 JTG 280 be like in comparison?

ok so i thought id solved this ,but no. whilst doing the hillsbrough trial yesterday , riding through deep water , then out onto the bank side the engine splutters , coughs and dies. a few kicks later and with no throttle on she fires up , ticks over but if you rev she dies again, let her tick over for a min and all is well , I've sealed up the boot from carb to air box with silicone , all jubilee clips are tight so don't think its getting in there , the air intake is quite high up under the frame so don't think its getting in there , I've siliconed up the air box lid , could it be the carb breather pipes ?? don't know ?? anyone else have this problem ?? 2014 jtg 2…

hello i have a jotagas 2013 model. Does anybody know if you can change the material of the exhaust (inner component, silencer)? I want to try, but I am afraid that the exhaust must be cut in two pieces to do a proper job. I would be grateful for any information. thanks
