not round the corner then yes ive checked the frame number defo 2007 however i havant checked the engine number but am pritty certon its matching but you never know. i have the bike partly striped down for servic and freshen up the silancer is off how dose the middle secton come off is it bolted ?

Hello Pmk yes mine is a 2007 and it has the curled bash plate i did read on hear some where it was the latter scorpa 08 that had the flat bash plate? also only so many had the flat bash plate as it was more expence to make them for some reason so may be mine ment to have the curled bash plate it is an original bike from what i can see its not had a hard life.

Hello guys can any 1 tell me what size the Allen bolts are on the bash plate on the 2007 scorpa sy? also the 2 tank bolts chreers chris.

cheers for the info the ones in the states sound like they would work being perforated. oni nou are the ones ok to use on plastic fuel tanks at this place?

cheers ill give them a try. I need them for the fuel tank think they will All be the same just come off the paint is good must be a special paint they use at the time off production I stuck them on with no fuel in and its only the lower decals that have bubbled not happy really as they was not cheap

hello All any 1 know where I can get decals for the tank that don't bubble? the tank must have had original decals when I got it but was tatty so I replaced them and now there bubble

Hi PMK yes i did find a place to get the cases done just had the W/Pump done hears a photo.

just fitted a front mud flap to mine easy enough to do. i also cut a new rubber for the Air box bottom flap and the bit under the fender also replaced the filter with a jitsie filter i have the Air box off at the moment as am servicing the bike new oil coolant ect first time owning a scorpa just finding out how things come apart a bit harder than the bultacos am use to but not to bad i need to take the carb off to clean it so seeing as i have the Air box out should be a bit better i know i have to undo the top shock bolt to get it out should be fun i have a new chain to put on

Hello bilks got my paint mixed he showed me some off the paint in a mixing pot looks very nice ill put a photo on hear when its done before and After.

That's a good idea with the coat hanger never thought off that but I have got 1 now. I have just peeled the old decals off the tank the tank is not to bad its had a very easy life like the rest off the bike so I have now put new decals on the tank the rear fender needs paint witch am hoping to do this week with new decals also new rad pipes with S/S clips new chain and sprocket the S/Arm as had new decals to I got a few other bits to do ill up load some photos

yes I will if I get the correct wire I will try and make 1 that should be fun I have the other 1 to copy that's failing I don't get 1 cheers any way just tidying the 07 scorps up new decals rear fender spray job I was going to do the tank but its not bad its plastic so not sure if it would blister I know the plastic tanks on my bultacos I use to have you could not put any paint or decals on they just bubbled off.

cheers bilks my fender is in the paint shop there trying to get a match there pretty close I have to go back tomorrow to see if they have mixed up the paint what is the best way to paint the plastic fender plastic primer then the paint?

I think they only do the later scorpa 1 mines the sy 2007
