Neil No not a regular thing to change the spring should likes years. only cut a very small amount off. I. Use I spring puller to wind it round the shaft needs to be in the correct position so you can get enough preload. Happy sore knuckles

199b gear box and New spare sleeve gear. this is a spare 199B gear cluster not easy to find.

As above you don't need a inline filter as you have normally 1 in the tank and 1 in the carburettor why do you need a 3thd.

Oh on reading the germane introduction It says the woodruff isn't needed? Says it has a cone I don't like the idea off that if I was to buy 1 I think id get mine from the same place has you.

guys how dose the flywheel fit on the crank with no woodruff key?

I have never had a alpine so have no idea but I should imagine there the same when I say softer springs I mean I just use the old springs not the stiffer Barnet ones.

on my 199A the clutch is very light i use the barnet plates but mine as the 6 nuts you can Ajust so can't comment on the pin type. I only use 4 fibre plates also I have softer springs and a longer Arm and the ignition case mode all make for a light clutch.

Wow that must off been some power washer to take the paint off all my bikes are stove enamell never had any paint come off and i use a power washer all the time. end off the day you make your own mind up.

they wasn't powder coated when New.

What weight is your flywheel there are different weights on that web site

guys are they easy to fit? Dose the lighter fly wheel cause any issues. I mean is It a direct fit? Also do you need a different fly wheel. Puller?

hears my ignition breather pipe the clear pipe right on the front and my wires comming from top rather then the bottom.

The breather Goss on the front I will put a photo on latter also the ignition wires get moved from the bottom to the top.

iv'e seen a few places over hear what make them i was going to put 1 on my bike but desided not to .
