Hello guys where is the Engine and frame numbers on the ossa TR77? It's the black frame modle green tank also should the rims have been gold on this modle? They have alloy ones on it cheers bondy.

Hello again the ossa TR77 with the black frame green tank what year was it please? Also what are they like to maintain clutch ect. and is it 1 oil for clutch and gear box? As am used to the bultaco separate oils. This is a 350 but was told it's a 310? also are parts easy to get hold off? The bike is all good as it's been throw i just wanted to get some idea off what am letting my self in for i do love the look off the bike. Is as a nice green fiber tank witch as not got fuel in it so i was thinking off may be buying another tank is there such thing as a plastic tank for this modle? I have seen the alloy ones but i dont want to put a nice new shinny tank on to ride so id be looking at a second hand tank. Happy new year bondy.

Hello scot taco yes it is the green 1 and is in good condtion i think it's been serviced iv'e seen it running sound nice. Am hoping i won't need to pull it apart as it's just had main bearings replaced.it would be a big help if woody did tell me what to look for i have only experience with bultaco.

Hello chaps am thinking off buying a ossa Tr77 iv'e never had 1 before are they ok am a bultaco man but fancy a ossa somthing different to my bultacos.

As i said if it's done properly like sherpa 325 bike witch looks very nice by the way you will have a nice looking bike.

Hello scot i have a 198A frame painted silver and as a red 159 Air box i have the Engine that's just been rebuilt i have the red mudguards new. regarding the loop if it was me id leave it alone but if they are look off properly and shaped the same as a 199B they do look nice.

No problem been out on my 199A today rides very well not long had a total rebuild .

Hello blutaco the front manifold has a copper gasket that's that is needed make sure you tighten the nuts up even or you will bow the flange. To the rear there should be 2 small o rings on the tail off the club foot some times they work some time they don't i just smear a thick layer off sillicon round the tail put back together then leave to go off then peel the excess off sealed.

The dimples hold the oil so the big end bearing gets lubricant.

Make sure thrust washers face in with the dimples.

Hello i got the modern seal off a friend but you can get them offebay. There just a double lipped seal with a dust cover that gose on top easy to fit i do still have a set for my 198b forks.

They have had that for some time as it's a standard size 85.25

I have a 85.25 i took out my 199b i replace it with a new piston the old 1 is ok

I had 3 new con rods pressed in earlier in the year he got them all with in 5% tollerance. Witch is good.

Yes there should be 2 spacers on the MAHLE piston the new typ don't have them they don't fit so you have a 30mm small end bearing.

Ok i did also was lucky and got a MAHLE piston for my 199A but the ones from inmotion are just as good in my option i just put 1 in another 199b am restoring for some 1 that 1 as a teflon coating on it like a gas gas piston.
