  10. hello i have a small oil leak on my ossa TR77 i thought it was comming from the sump nut so i put a new fabre washer on it and tightened it up when back to it today and there was a drop off oil on the floor i took the engine out to clean and paint looks like the oil is comming from the center gasket. from the part where the engine mounts are at the rear under the bottom bolt hole abit back from that. i dont realy want to strip it as its been done by the last owner and i have no idea about ossas am bultco but like ossa to i have drain the bit off oil that was sitting on the bottom off the sump dryed it off and i have smeared some lock tight sealant along the crank case am not 1 for a boge job but i dont want to split it if i can help it.

yes as above tighten the 4 nuts in a criss cross so it gets a equal tocque there should be no oil comming from Exhaust or cylinder head if there is oil comming from cylinder head try tightening the head bolts to the tocque setting you will need tobtake the Exhaust off to get to the head bolts. or may be the head gasket need changing if it as 1
