Hi All, I have been looking at Shercos and Betas for a few weeks now and decided to go with the Shecos as iv had them before and better to stick with the Devil you know... On looking at Shecos on E bay there are a few I really like both 2005 and 2010. Is there much difference between the 05 and10s in perfomance, handling etc. Thanks Nick

Mmmmmm my pal has just taken delivery of a 09 Beta which is nice but not as nice as the Shercos... I have been looking on e bay and seen a few on there, are the 05s OK...?

Thanks for your reply Chewy, I really like the Beta and have had a Sherco in the past but wasnt that sure of it. Ill try and get down to my local trial and have a look at them both...

Hi All I ride enduro and compete in hare and hounds, time cards etc and love it but want to get back into trialing as well as the enduro which I did as a kid. I have been looking at the Beta Evo and the Shercos both of which are the same price for a 2010 model. Any suggestions on which bike I should go with and why. Are the performance, weight, handling etc around the same for both bikes, Thanks for your help Nick

Yeah hes about the same size as your son...The rev 50s looks good too. He rides well matey.

The 80 Junior would proberbly suit him... I have ridden Shercos myself are the Betas better?

Hi all, New here but not to bikes. I ride a lot of enduros, hare & hounds and have ridden trials in the past. My 9 year old son has been riding enduro and MX for the past 2 yeasr now on a KTM 50SX so is pretty good on a bike but is not used to gears. Hes done a couple of Enduros and rides really well. I want to start trials riding with him to help his balance practice this winter. Iv ridden trials myself but wasnt sure what bike to get him. I have been reading other posts and topics on here regarding junior bikes but im not sure of the size. He is quite short like his Dad but has good balance so I think the junior 80s would be ok for him. The 50s look small but im not sure if he would be better on a 50 or 80. The shercos look good for the 80s so was thinking of getting him (and his Dad) a sherco. Any surgestions appreciated... Nick
