  1. Hey everyone

Well the womens event is finished & our girls finished today in 8th position. They were a little dissapointed & struggled having only 2 riders & we certainly missed not having *Louise. Without the 3rd rider you just cannot make any mistakes as every point counts. But they did their best and finished smiling & looked good in their matching (TUCKER ROCKY SPONSERED) gear. We walked the mens sections today and most of them we are capable of (18 total). There are 2 in particular that appear to be separators and are Big. But I think the guys will be able to put on some good rides. It has been fairly warm & humid & it started to rain a little late this afternoon. We are praying it stays dry because rain will make it ugly. Most of the mens sections all are going up with multiple large weird angled steps & approaches. As a minder we are going to have our work cut out for us. If it stays dry our last of the A riders start time will benefit us, if it rains it will hurt us, so we are praying for dry. Wish us luck. Will give an update on our finish tomorrow.

Louise had passport problems at the airport or something along those line. Not sure exactly what happened.

  2. Thank You everyone who has bought a shirt. We did sell a lot of shirts. I have no idea of an exact number. Several were sold through the mail, other were sold at events or the Nationals.

I think this will be our strongest team ever and look forward to seeing the results.

We do still have a few shirts left. 1 for $20 or 2 for $35

Thanks again and I wont bother you about shirts untill next year.

  3. An order just came in from D4 trials club for about 10 shirts with the hopes of ordering more.

    Thank You to Mark Buczkowski

    Chairman, D4 Trials Committee

Maybe now I wont have to go door to door.

  4. Whos lined up for replacing Will?

Will smage come a week early and ride the Junoir WTC in France (not far from tdn?)

I dont know if Wil will need to be replaced or if Pat will go early. But I know we have some shirts left.

  5. Maybe Clive can get one to THE ANDY? Now?

Hey Andy Whats your address. You did not answer my PM for a free shirt. I could have Copey sign one for you but that may cost you.

So we have the last batch of shirts we need to sell. This is where the begging comes in.

A lot of work goes into this effort. From Pam deBruin who did the art work for the shirt at no charge for the last few years. To the Webbs who put all the shirts and orders together. Clubs who bought boxes of shirts. Everyone puts in time with no pay. It all goes to the team. The team means the mens and womens team (the riders). All of the team members are basically young kids (compared to me). They dont have a bunch of money and may have to come up with their own money to go to the TDN.

So I am begging you, if you have not bought a shirt and you can afford $20 bucks or two for $35 please send some funds. If you can only afford $5 bucks that will help. If every USA Trials rider sent just a couple of buck we would be set. It just takes a little bit from everyone.

I have been paying the shiping. So if you want to screw me out of $3 bucks buy a shirt and I will personally pay the shipping.

THIS YEAR THE WILL BE THE STRONGEST TEAM WE HAVE EVER HAD.

Dont make me go door to door

  6. I sure do wish we could send some kids to the World events. Pat has out grown us and some kids like this would learn soo much. It could really bust open the US market again if we could get some riders in the big show.

The TDN is a start. Everyone can help send our kids. A small donation will help. I am not sure if they are sending one of the 12cc kids or not. But we are sending 4 Pros and 3 Ladies. Go to TDN T shirts and buy a shirt. That could be a start.

  7. We are very lucky to again have the support of Tucker Rocky for this years Trial des Nation team effort in Italy. Tucker Rocky will supply our team members with matching riding gear and rider presentation clothing. We feel we are very fortunate to have the recognition of our sport from a company with the reputation of Tucker Rocky. Tim Pritchard and Larry Klein of TR have been instrumental in this effort.

    Thank you Tucker Rocky

  8. Lewisport are good people. Adrian always go through the bikes and puts them in top top condition. In general Trials bikes are pretty tough. I have an 06 sherco that really has had no problems other than a faulty rider.

I would not worry about buying a bike from Lewisport.

I rode a National in Bozeman back in the 80s. That is the town with of a lot of pretty woman that ignored me. Flash Back

Here are the clubs that have supported us in the last 2 weeks

Pat Hirt & the UMTA (Upper Midwest Trials Association) 50 shirts

Don Hubbard & the CTTA (Central Texas Trials Association) 38 shirts with 10 of those autographed by all TDN team members for possible throphies

Vonda Roper & CAT (Central Arizona Trials) 16 shirts

Yolanda Fastle & New Mexico Trials Association 27 shirts

This is what really helps our sales. Someone in club gets everyone together and puts in a big order. Thank You to everyone. We have also had several people order 1 to 3 shirts. These sales came from all over the USA

    We still have shirts avalible.

Here is a picture at towns 4th of July Parade. I like the picture because of the background of the town. All of the trees ect. Not a good up close shot of my very attractive mug that only a mother could love.

First time I did the parade, the head guy in charge of parade said you are going to do what. He followed me out on the route. I rode over the car he was an instant fan. The next year he was calling me to make sure I have a car and would be in the parade.

  11. I thought Eric and Neil did a great job. I was very impressed with the whole family all going. At first I thought Eric and Neil went by themselves. I thought you had your own vacation going on.

Now Eric knows what he needs to practice. Any time they want to come up north send them. You can even send Neil  . They can stay at my house but would have more fun at Cody's.

You have two great kids that are fun to be around. I hope they said thanks for the experience. Thanks for the update.

  12. We got a couple more orders in. One guy has ordered 5 shirts in Wixom MI. Now that is what I am talking about. We also have an order from Nacogdoches TX. Dont now who named that town but it is a mouthful. Sorry That I am running late on that order. It got shoved under some papers on my desk.

  13. A couple of more orders came in. One from Jonesville MI and a couple from CA. If you have not bought a shirt yet, then please send a check if you can. There should be shirts at the Nationals. So if you are there please pick one up.

Thank You to everyone who has bought a shirt.

  14. Looking forward to seeing the results and see how well Eric did. He is a rider that has definatley improved over the years. Both kids are super nice and fun to be around. Im sure they are having the times of their lives.

I can only imagine how nice and peacefull it is at the Storz house. Their Dad is on his own European vacation and did not even leave the house. :D

  15. A lot of action in the PO Box. Orders from CA, Hutto Texas, Fort Worth, Copey and Jon Stoodley. Some of these people added an extra few bucks. Thank You.

We also sold several shirts at our local event over the weekend. Thank You everyone for your support.

Now I will find out how much to send a shirt overseas, thanks to COPEY who bought a shirt for Andy. You are the man Copey.

  16. Hi, No Jive.

Is there any possiblility to send a pair of shirts to Spain? Any extra costs?

    Regards

Just send an extra 5 bucks and I will take care of it. I will do what ever it takes (with in reason) to sell these shirts. So that is one shirt to the UK and two to Spain :P Who knows maybe even the Iceman will buy a shirt.

Another order came in from Camarillo CA.

So dont be shy and buy a shirt, mention it at your next club meeting. Thank you everyone who has already bought a shirt.

  17. Hi Everyone

Orders for shirts are starting to come in. A Lady in Florida has ordered 4 shirts. A couple to someone is San Francisco and in Mass.

What really helps is getting the word out. If you belong to a club and have access to everyone's e-mail. Can you cut and paste the my first post and send it to all club members? This would really help. A small amount of work can really help out the fundraising. Dan Williams posted on his local web-site and we have had several replys.

Copey has even said he sending money and even buying one for Andy but some how conned me into sendind it over seas. Hey I did say I would cover the shipping.

So if you can swing $20 bucks and want an awesome shirt and help out the TDN please buy one.
