    Repair Manual

I can't find what I was looking for. On trialforum.net is just a simple service manual posted. I'm looking for a real repair manual as the workshops use.

Can't help with used boots but for future I recommend Sidi boots. They are not the cheapst but they are really tough, flexible and fit great at least on my feet. I love mine. I wouldn't take the Alpinestars boots because you can't renew the rubber sole. This is no problem with Sidi (Gearne...). Depending on your footpegs, too the sole mostly fails first.

    Repair Manual

Hi, is there any repair manual for Beta REV3 250 '07 out there in the www? Or can you buy it at a beta dealer? The most interesting part are some values for tightening tourques (driving axles, engine, steering...) I don't mean an owners manual! Thanks!

To bleed the system just squeeze the hose and shake the bike a little. This will bring most of the air out. After the first short testride check the level again and fill it up. You can put the new bearings in by using a bench vise and bushes with corresponding diameter. Or use the force of a screw and nut. Then you will need some bushes that fit, too. Depending on your workshop equipment it will be best to bring the bearings to a dealer.
  6. Thank a lot for checking on your bike! So it should be normal when your kick starter performes same. I'm going to put a piece of rubber on it to avoid any probs with the clutch cover.
  7. I'm sorry my explanation is not that clear as I read it once more. I'm not a native english speaker... The rotation counter clockwise is fine, the kick starter stops in the right position after it was used to start the engine like fhtrucker explained. But while I'm starting the engine (so the kick starter shaft turns clockwise) there is no block (inside the engine housing) which stops the kick starter before it hits the clutch cover. This is where the fault on the picture comes from. Just for a short test I already tried to place the kick starter as much counter clockwise as possible on the shaft and turned it clockwise to see if it blocks inside. But even then I was able to turn it until it hits the clutch cover. No block inside! So is it normal that kick starter hits the clutch cover while starting (rotates clockwise) or is there a block inside the engine housing (that doesn't work on my bike).
  8. Hey! I already found some helpful stuff on this forums, thanks. Maybe someone can help me to fix the following problem with my Beta REV3 '07. Sometimes, while starting the engine the kick starter hits the engine housing (clutch cover). I'm a little worried about the clutch cover gets leak after a while. I just want to know if there should be a block inside the engine housing which stops the kick starter before hitting the housing that doesn't work on my bike. Would somebody please compare with his own REV3 (all models) and take a look if the kick starter blocks or hits the housing? Here is a picture: http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/9nb7-3s-9fc3-jpg.html Thank a lot!
