  1. As said you'l find the 280 is alot more snappy than a 300 which id say is more a clubman bike if set up right. Like already posted easy to tame though if thats all thats available. Fly wheel weight. Slow throttle. Head inserts on the newer models. Etc.
  2. What year bike are you on sectionone? Mines started squealing quite abit now so need to do something about it dont fancy paying out big bucks for a proper one.
  3. Im guessing your based near leeds then? Still to try out bumpy myself as somewhere different to ride. Enjoy.

    Iv used abit of rad weld not sure if its fully cured the problem but never been a total fan of it really. Didn't really want to have to strip it down that much either

    So my radiator is leaking and iv heard they arnt cheap to replace. Need to get it out to investigate but it seems a rather snug fit. Any ideas how to get it out without removing too much? Bikes a 2012 250 Thanks.

  10. Right update fan runs with a power supply so i take it that means its most probably the thermo switch?
  11. Theres definitely coolant still there prob could do with a top up but will try the thermo switch tonight. Can you get the switch out if this is the problem? Or is it a full rad job as it looks like its enclosed into the rad at the top. Cheers guys.
  12. Yes i know theres a fan thread right below but doesnt exactly help me. Fans decided to not work at all while riding tonight just wondered whats the quickest way of resolving the problem as the bike over heated and spat abit of coolant out! I take it the little black box on the fan unit is some sort of switch for the thermostat which is the enclosed unit in the top of the rad? The bike is a 250 2012 pro, pretty much asking whats the first thing to check.
  13. Yeah iv solved that problem, still on with getting it running spot on. Left with getting a 3 slide for the carb or changing it back to the dellorto
