cant do exhaust without cutting,try dropping to 40ml that should help thats what i put in mine also give it a good rev to clear it out make sure air filters clean

its a spherical bearing(ROSE JOINT)its all ok now turned out to be loose bolt

can only find lower ones for sale is top the same ,are they a special or can you get them of shelf

struggling to get bike to rev over id say about 2/3 of the rev range it feels like its holding back and spluttering slightly tried new plug cleaned carb altered clip position from 3rd still no better thinking maybe electrical cheers

yes will be fine aslong as banjo on hose end is the same

just got a 2012 model its got jitsie pre filter aswell as standard air filter set up, but it seems a very noisy intake and i find it little annoying are they noisy with standard air box lid, has anyone got picture of normal air box top as i was thinking of maybe masking off some of jitsie filter to reduce noise but without reducing air flow thanks
