  3. Montesa 315r coolant overflow leak underload

    I have a montesa 315r 2t just rebuilt it new head gasket I have noticed that I get some coolant out the overflow when underload going up hill. (yes the head gasket is on the correct way the rad cap seems good takes a fair bit force to compress the spring) Any ideas appreciated

    Hi all new to forum and to trials recently acquired a montesa 315r 1999 currently stripped down for rebuild but in need of piston and rings I know the oem rings are discontinued and that where I need help what are my options going forward any knowledge infomation greatly appreciated.
