Well i thought i would but this on for everyone to watch, its the BBC 30 min program from 1974, my dad has had the VHS tape for as long as i can remember, and couple of years ago we had it put on to DVD (thanks Mr Percival) so we had a copy to keep for as long as we wanted, as the tape had been watched so many times it was starting to stretch
i was at the trial with my dad and remember my mate observing the second from last trial with his dad and they had taken a Greeves Scottish with them to get to the section, and the BBC film crew asked them to ride the bike round in a circle while the sound guys taped the noise of the bike, so the bike sound you hear from the helicopter is actually my mates Greeves Scottish
there is only a week to go until the 2012 trial and and this might get the juices flowing ready for next week
a great day out yet again at one of the best trials in the uk trials calender i can only think of a couple events that are as good
my camera has been playing up for a while now and the auto focus finally give up today, so all pictures were focused manually so sorry for the blurred ones
i took a load of pics today but have not put them all up as i would be sat here for hours and hours but if your not on any please tell me your riding number and if i have one i will send you it

Cheers Hilary i take you said on board, the site i use is a free site so will always come with adverts,so all i can say is sorry about the adds but i normally tell folk to watch using the slideshow function as there are no adverts
as for moving about and getting to other sections god i wish i could, but i unfortunately i was diagnosed with a thing called COPD a couple of years back and now have to pick sections i can actually walk to,as my breathing is not as it was, and as you well know trials are not the easiest things walk to round even when you are in good health, i always try to get at least one picture of every rider and if that means i have to stay at one section then so be it
the section i saw you ride was a real killer for me to get too, and it took me a good 45 min to get back to my car with a lot of stops and lots of goes on my inhaler. I will try in future to walk around the section and get shots from other angles i had not really thought about this before so thanks for pointing it out, if no one tells me where i am going wrong i cant rectify the problem

All from section 1 and 2, not very happy with some of them, i have just got a new canon 430ex flash and i cant get the thing to work properly, well the flash works fine, i just cant get the thing to do the things i want it to do i normally shot at 1/320 but could not get it above 1/200 which is not quick enough so if there is any body out there with a Canon camera and a 430 ex flash can you please help me out and give me some tips settings ect cheers
