y look up your paint code for your year/model, there are multiple companies who carry factory paint, think I got mine off Amazon or Ebay Also when looking for parts, it is good to have original part numbers, which can get off sites like Partzilla, CMSNL, etc, and you get lucky and someone has it on Ebay There are a couple of companies over in UK they have original or re-manufactured parts, trials is huge over there

Try InMotion Trials, FEKED, both in the UK, they have a lot of after market parts, Trials Store USA, LewisSport USA, I have sourced parts from all of them You in Ash Fork? I am in Seligman

PJust got pair of bolt on replacement pegs, much larger than stock, puts them about 2-2 1/2" back and lower. They are stainless steel and got them through Feked

I just posted pictures of my 1986 TLR200 , I replaced rear shocks(with OZO gas from Lewisport USA), rebuilt front shocks, replacement foot pegs, lower & to rear bolt on units from Feked) replaced gas tank (from eBay), got miscellaneous parts off eBay/Amazon/Partzilla, another good source is Feked or In Motion Trials, both in UK and both carry many replacement and upgrade parts for the TLR200. I took off all light off mine as I live in rural area, no cops 🙂 Good luck!

Been working for several months on this restoration. When I got the bike it was pretty rough, it had been sitting outdoors in boxes and was pretty rusty and person I bought it from had put it together , but not very well. I have rebuilt front forks, replaced rear shocks with OZO gas shocks for trials, replaced front rim, it was real rusty, replaced gas tank, it had rusted through bottom and person had epoxied the inside, yuck. Tank I put on was from Ebay and had light rust inside which was fixed with just plain old vinegar and some pea gravel and knocking out dents and a little Bondo. I just painted it factory Cortina white along with side covers, and purchased factory decals off of Amazon. I replaced front and rear sprockets and all control cables. I plan on painting the frame and engine (which odometer said it had only 3000 miles on it, runs strong, no smoke) rear swing arm and front fork with factory colors. The alloy exhaust is DEP unit from the UK, sounds throaty, but not loud, nice! Seat was already re-covered by previous owner. I am retiring in a few months and plan on riding in vintage twin shock seniors events for fun. Only other thing I plan on doing right now is replace steel rims with gold anodized aluminum units and do foot peg lowering kit. I live on a small ranch in the mountains of Arizona so I have plenty of play area to ride and practice. I will post some more pictures when I get to the rest things I want to do to it. The TLR200 is light, the motor is torquey, and fun to ride! Mike

I ended up using old chain, it seems in good shape so it will work for now, new sprockets are Talon 10 & 48 thanks MW

I purchased a 520-96 replacement chain for my 1986 Honda TLR200, and when it came, it is larger than stock chain, but everything I read says it should be 520-96 chain? Was stock chain a smaller chain non-O-ring chain? I also purchased new front & rear sprockets, and old chain seems to fit new sprockets, but 520-96 does not? Thanks in advance Mike

Anyone know of rebuild kit for 1986 TLR200 rear shocks, or would it be better to to invest new set of rear shocks? Thinking about riding in vintage trials and obviously also doing front shocks also.
