  1. After seeing the video,s of Cabrianes and Robregordo i knew i had to have a twinshock. The first picture is how i got it, not very good looking but the engine sounds great and the clutch and gears work.

Started with painting the tank orange (sorry purrists) the mudguards will be painted in orange or i will go for the grey color like on 348mate,s great looking 349. Will try to post the progress here maybe it will help others in the future

Looking for advice on rear shocks i,ve seen some real nice Betor ones are they any good ?

  2. That will be a very light part Kot i,m sure  if they use an autoclave to make the parts they will be very strong and light ! The "real" Raga bike is awesome in that it has so may small things helping to put the weight down. Please post some pictures here i would love to see the tank !

    Cheers,

  3. Kot it all depends how much are done the most work is in making the molds and i need a 1.5 liter tank to copy ofcourse or make a copy of my 2004 gasgas tank. The fiberguys don,t have parts, you give them the part and they will copy it. But let me check with Andy first about this please

    Cheers,

  4. i agree it will only help the top guys but people also buy Raga replicas. If you can save weight on something why not ? i think the new raga bike has a 1.5 or 1 liter tank now. If there is intrest i can have tanks made in fiber/kevlar but i,m not sure you will gain much and it will cost.

New to trials but not new to motorsports and the last kilo,s lost allways cost the most

  5. Feetupfun how much oil does the bike need please ? I see two fillers one on the side and one in the middle of the casing. Same oil in both ?

Mexbiker we are in the same boat the middle one is stuck on mine too. I will remove the carb first to make same room and try again but i,m afraid it will break off like yours.

  6. Mine still has the Hydrobags but they leak badly should i restore them (if possible ) or replace them with newer technology ? found some real nice adjustable ones at a fair price in spain. Bike is a bit of a mess it has parts from a few bikes but runs great ! not looking for a period correct restauration ;)

  7. I just bought a basketcase 348 myself but for alot less thats how i found this thread. I think mine is a MMR or has some parts of it, i will pick it up wednesday cant wait

I think the 1800 is a high price for that bike i agree ! There were 3 montesa,s for sale here the last week all in the 500-750 euro price class not as nice as the 1800 eur bike but still a pretty good base. But Holland is a bit too far away for you i guess ?

    Cheers,

  8. buy vw the merc is spanish bulit you cant trust anyone who has a sleep in the middle of the day
    :D

Are you buying a new van or second hand ? if new i would consider the Vito they had problems with the pre 2002 cars. I think both are great cars but both have their problems it,s like asking here what to get a GasGas or a Beta

  9. Eddie i cant sell them because of the logos and text from GasGas wich are copyrighted. Will ask GasGas when i,m done what they think about offering some decal kits but i,m afraid that will never happen.

    Cheers,

  10. i like the GG idea ! let me try something with that.

Biff i have a Mutoh 1300-S 1,45 meter max media but for this job i use 60 cm vynil. The stika is a piece of c&*p forget that one please ! I started a few years ago with a GCC Bobcat same priced as the sticka and not bad made for the money and it takes 60 cm media. Try to get a second hand Mutoh,Summa or Roland 24 inch machine would be my advise.

    Cheers,
