I live near alvanly an is a good venue. In the wet it can be very slippery.
Also you are not aloud to practice there it is the acus ground. There is trouble with the police there as well. Your bike will be taken off you if you go with out promission.
The winford club have practice days there every month or so.
Trials are also held there by the frodsham , cheshire youth and winsford clubs.
The cheshire centre has a website you will find info on the venue and when your aloud to go on there.
i went to the oswestry trial yesterday and what a good trial. it was a big lap round and well set out. the day started dull and dry but after two laps it turned into a snow storm. it was also windy but i still enjoyed the trial. the sections got very muddy and slippy but it was great
I would suggest a sherco 80 they are ace.I have had one and they ride well and look good.Every thing works brill on it and it is easy to maintain.the sherco 80 also won the british c class champion ship. sherco use the best quality components in the construction of there bikes so this reflects in the cost . I think it is well worth the difference.
