ive circled the damaged places here,i dont think the slight damage on the coil will effect anything though, its just the cdi plug, pick up!

the stator itself is ok,no damage, the only thing that stopped the bike sparking is the damage to that little plastic box with the cdi wires in it? just wondering if i can fix it,or just buy it on its own! its seperate from the stator plate! can someone else post a pic of there stator? so i can see what that plug should have on the end?

cils arent damaged on the stator, just the little plastic, pick up? with the 3 wires in it from the cdi! dunno if it can be ewasily sorted? any ideas? all that actually broke off was a tiny bit of plastic that looked to be closing this little plastic block off? you can see it in between the coils!

cheers davie! i usually lift the bike and fire her upside down if its revvin its tits off! found out tonight its my own stupid fault, ive no spark! had the flywheel weight off for a while now,the 2 screws that held her on were bald as me! so i found 2 with the same thread and countersunk, but, never noticed they were a little longer, screwed em in went to kick the bike, nothing, just solid! and just that little thing has damaged the windings on my stator plate! had a look in tonight with a torch as i spun the flywheel and noticed the damage! feel lick a right prick now! probably need a new stator! ill try a puller from work tomorrow to see if i can get the flywheel off for a better look.

lost all spark on me rev3,its an 06 model.had it running about 2 weeks ago just for 10 mins or so,everything fine and dandy! today i went to start her just for a wee run,and lo and behold nothing? i already had disconnected thekill switch,as it never worked! just wondering what to look for? very strange this just happened overnight and not when the bike was running?
  15. change or clean the air filer every time you go out, they really do collect a lot of dirt in there! just check for any play in the wheel bearings etc, dont wait till its too late and there hangin out,and the hubs damaged! change the gear oil maybe every 3 months or so,should be fine
