thanks for the advice,still along way to go on the conversion tho as it takes as much money as it does time and her indoors does not have the same priorities as i do when it comes to spending , but i will get there one day.

thanks for the info,was reading a article on bsa b40 trials about inserting 1" spacer in top frame tube to alter the rake and trail would this be the same for the c15 cheers

hi i am busy converting a road c15 to trials was wondering if i should fit standered length rear shocks or should they be longer, my concern would be lifting the rear end to high and making it look really stupid cheers

hi all, having obtained a b40 to convert into trials mode and starting to checkout other photos it looks like people change the wheel hubs or can standard road going hubs be used,also can the hubs be laced up to have a 18" rear and a 21" front wheel?.

can anyone advise me on the montesa pre mix ratio,i have been running on 100ml of oil per 5 litres of petrol but bike does not respond well to full throttle.having just obtained a manual of ebay for my 315 i read that i should be running a ratio of 80 to 1 which i understand to be in the region of 75ml per 5 litres of petrol,would be grateful for any advise as i do not want to seize the engine.

ok mobil 1 sounds as if its the stuff,but i have just obtained a 97 montesa 315 can anyone advise me on the quantity as i am new to trials riding and need to start doing oil changes.
