Hello can any one tell me how much gear box oil i should put in my 99 techno 250

well i started my experience of trials riding on a Honda TL 125 Bought from Wylie & Holland at the age of 14 in 1990 it was a bit of a hand full then being a puny 8 stone but it was the best my dad could do so i made the most of it "PS thank you dad". in 2004 i purchassed a TY 250 Pinky it was great but i couldnt turn up at a trial riding that what would people think my pride got the better of me so then i found a BETA TECHNO 1999 250 i have had lots of problems with it but now sorted i can fall off in style i will post picture soon when i get my new camera

Beta boy how do you set up your air mixture screw

i have just had the same problem on my Techno, ensure all surfaces are completly smooth and no sign of the woodruff key picking up on the crank or flywheel, try fitting the flywheel onto the crank without the key in first and check you get a good fit you should have to use the puller to break the seal if it is seating ok then fit your key ensuring it is parallel to the slot. the flywheel should be torqued to 14 KGM good luck

I am the proud owner of a correctly running Techno, i purchased a new ignition module and it runs perfect now. can you recomend what lubrication i should use in the gearbox and how much and how to set up my suspension Thanks again Paul Neville

Jay did you leave the ohm readings in the Beta pages or mechanical i cant find them ? does any one else know?

Hi i have just started having problems with my 99 techno 250 at low revs it will run fine one minuite and the next i can feel the engine knocking and backfiring . i replaced the plug and put new fuel in it ran ok untill i put it through the gears and built some speed up after it started playing up again please help me.
