I'm looking for help with any bearing codes from those of you that have manuals for the TYZ. I'm looking for: Wheel bearings Head race bearings Swing arm bearings Suspension linkage bearings Any help AGAIN would be greatly appreciated.

Can anybody help me, I'm looking for a TYZ manual. I've tried all over the net, called Birketts and Haynes and nobody has one any where. I've recently bought a TYZ in WELL used condition, with the goal of restoring it. Can anybody help?? Cheers Lee.

I've recently fitted a new thermostat to my 08' sherco 4T. Does anybody know from start how long it should take roughly for the fan to kick in. I'm a wee bit wary of leaving it to long and cooking my bike. And If it does not kick in what signs will I notice that it's starting to over heat. Also while I'm on, just to make sure is their a certain way round the connectors should go on the thermostat? For example, Red to the Right yellow to the left? Again thanks for any help. Lee.

Does anybody have any good tips for setting up a sherco 320 for the SSDT? Every other manufacturer have posted something on how to weatherproof or set up their machines exept sherco, or have I may be just missed it.

What rubber does everyone recomend on here?? Ive just worn out a michelin x11, it only lasted about 6 trials. Any long lasting rubbers?

Does anybody know why my carb overflows then stops, then oveflows then stops and just continues like this? Help would be much appreciated. cheers.

Cheers, now could anybody tell me why my cam shaft cover won't go back in?? The holes don't line up... I have since snapped it in a rage, However I will be ordering a new one, and if anybody can tell me why it won't go on... I promise I will never touch anything mechanical AGAIN. IT'S TO MUCH STRESS!!

I'm attempting the dreaded valve spacers, It's a little over my head. Here's what i've got measurements wise. Exhaust valve left: Gap= 0.50 spacer=2.78 Exhaust valve right: Gap=0.60 spacer= 2.66 Intake left: Gap=0.30 spacer=2.69 intake right: gap=0.40 spacer= 2.78. Now according to my calculations (and i'm no mathematician) the gaps that I have, they don't make spacers big enough. Does anybody have an idea what may be causing this??

I was hoping a few of you SSDT vets, could point me in the right direction as far as getting my bike through scrutineering. What does my bike need to have to pass? As it stands, I don't have light's, speedo or side stand. I am aware that I need a side stand and speedo, however, can I get away with a cheap speedo from halfords? Also do I need a horn? Basically I'm not wanting to spend too much money, and from the price list for the speedo, wiring loom, horn and lights, it starts to get a wee bit pricey. cheers.

I'm having problems with my 08' sherco 320 4T, again. I'm getting what seems to be the honda cough. I'm getting in to sections and when i slow the throttle to take a tight turn or hop it, it stalls, then take a good 10 mins to start. I also have problems when i cut the engine to look at a section, say 5 sections in, it takes again about 10 mins to kick over. any suggestions or comments?

Rode a really muddy trial today, on the 10th section of the 1st lap, the revs started to increase rapidly. The cable wasn't nipped and it sounds like the slider is re-seating. any suggestions? Cheers.

Does anybody now how much oil i need to put in the forks of my 08' 4T? cheers.
