September 1, 200619 yr has anyone got any of these if so are they any good ? got to better than trying to make my own http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TRIALS-SECTION-MARKERS ITEM NUMBER 220023287088 Edited September 1, 200619 yr by jsp
September 1, 200619 yr They certainly look the business. But at a price. Enough to mark out one route through one section. If that's all you need for a spot of practicing they would be ideal. It would be a hell of a lot cheaper to buy some coloured plastic and staple it onto some sticks though.
September 1, 200619 yr The best way to make section markers is to go to the local uPVC window supplier/plastic window sill/fascia board distributor and buy 25mm D-strip which is stuck onto walls and around windows when old windows have been taken out and new ones fitted - it covers up minor damage. It is sold in 5metre lengths for around
September 1, 200619 yr my guess is those flags are the same as these:- http://www.yorksurvey.co.uk/products/prods2/flag/f-mark.htm we used them for our A/B championship round the other week, they were OK & they had a reasonable salvage rate for reuse.
September 2, 200619 yr Author a coulpe of good ideas but buy the time i have bought the plastic and the wood or the d mould and the spray paint ready made would be cheaper, do think it would cost less to post if they where smaller ? jsp
September 3, 200619 yr They look the same as what our club use every trial! they are good, easy to see and when they get run over you just straiten them up and stick them back in the ground! I dont know where our club gets them from but we have tons of them in 4 colours! They could never afford them at that price though! because you need so many! but if your using them for practice they would be great! cheers sean
