If so does anyone know what they need to be torqued to. magicmat Posted November 9, 2006 Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 Its really hard to get a torque wrench on my 1992 GasGas, so i asked BnB what to do, and they told me to do it to FT with a spanner.... F****ing TIGHT ! However my 05 Pro manual tells me Cylinder stud bolt fasteners - 25 Nm Cylinder head screws -11,5 - 13 Nm Cylinder Nut - 25 Nm Dont know if that will be your bike as you dont say, but hopefully that will help ? lewis_gasgas Posted November 10, 2006 Report Share Posted November 10, 2006 Dont over tighten them becuase the thread is abit crappy and its pretty easy to strip it and then youve got to get the whole cylinder head off and re-thread it.
