Excuse my maths but it looks like you are close to the limit :

If the ratio is 0.16kw/kg,

and you have 75kg of rev3,

that is a 12 kw allowance,

and guessing that a 270 puts out 18 hp(13.3 kw).

All estimated ,if anyone wants to be more accurate please chime in.

Do you have to take your own bike?

Cheers

Rob

Depends on your test centre and what deals they offer but would pressume not although I would imagine it to be cheaper if you did

Suppose my own bike'd do as long as it met the legal requirements.

Thanks a lot,

Rob

Most instructors will have bikes for you to use. I called an instrucor near where i live, he asked if i had ridden a bike before and i told him i rode trials, so he told me to come along. After a briefing, instead of the usual practice on a 125 in the school playground and the CBT test also normally or should i say should be off the public highway, he just gave me the keys to one of his 500's and he took me for a ride for an hor all over the place, of which that was my CBT test, one lesson later, the theory test and the practical test and job was done and passed. The test was fun to do actually..Should be a piece of p*ss for any trials rider .
