February 10, 200818 yr This is my first scorpa and since i have had it i have been realy impressed with it, but... its been overheating a fare bit, local dealer gave me a new thermo which solved the problem, but now the fan is not working at all! any ideas?
February 11, 200818 yr Don't worry, the fan on my 07 SY250 hardly ever cuts-in...maybe I should worry???
February 11, 200818 yr Have you removed the lights and any of the wiring harness? If so did you remove the regulator that clips onto the alloy sub frame? This affects the current to the fan and needs to be left on. Otherwise check the block conectors/wiring under the tank. It's pretty tight in there and I found one of the conectors had got pulled and was'nt tight. Good luck.
