can anyone help took my carb apart 2 clean it now my bike wont run its flooding the engine i think its some think to do with the floats. please help don't know what else i can do.

The floats may simply be sticking, give the float bowl a few taps with your fingers and they may re-lease, if not drop the bowl off and make sure they are moving ok, it could also be **** on the fuel shutoff needle or its badly worn and letting fuel past.

yes tried them doth ways. the pin thats shuts of the fuel seems ok, but it seems to keep letting fuel in.

doesnt take much of a lump of dirt to let fuel pass the needle valve, I would take it off again, blow the passage through with an air line and clean the needle again.

yes, are they not good carbs?

They are fine, should be one of the solutions already mentioned. Only other thing I can think would be a sunken float!
