geebee Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 Gentlemen Your help would be appreciated to help me locate the various parts of this tubeless tyre inflation valve assembly. The assembly comprises the following parts: Main Stem housing valve Two rubber washers (one either side of sealing strip?) One domed metal washer (between lower rubber washer and knurled ring) One knurled metal ring (between domed washer and wheel rim) One nut (external to wheel rim) One valve cap (obvious) Ther is no spacer with this assembly and the assembly appears a little deep inside the rim. copemech Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 You do not need a spacer. If it is in good shape just tighten the ouside nut lightly and it will seal against the band.
