How Much..........silencer?

Featured Replies

Today I had a bad numbty moment where I flipped my bike and snapped my exhaust clean and cracked my airbox ;)

I was just wondering approximately how much it will cost for a new airbox and exhaust, the bike is an 09 gas gas 125?

Thanks, Nick

A friend recently flipped his bike doing a sit down wheelie, he's a cracking rider (british experts) but messed up and missed the rear brake.

he did the exact same damage and it is very expensive to fix....

The exhaust I think is in excess of

i would silicon the crack up or maybe get it plastic welded ,they are splitable i think anyway and we were alway told to split them and silicon it up .i would think that wes could make you a tail pipe up and would be cheaper.

You will have to get a new middlebox as well because the silencer is welded on to that so it would be about 400 for the exhaust & about 300-350 for the airbox probably, but there will probably be another way around fixing the airbox rather than buying a new one.

Unlucky! with the crash mate.

Ben.

ebay for a silencer? get it welded back on for a beer or free from a mate? pictures are a must
