cal1892 Posted February 22, 2010 Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 ok, i have a gas gas txt 2001, just redone the waterpump seal the clutch basket the clutch plates resealed the front case and flushed the rad, filled it with coolant and it is now leaking coolant out of the overflow pipe from the rad. any ideas ? houseape1000 Posted February 22, 2010 Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 How much is it leaking, and does it leak more at higher revs, also does it leak when hot or cold or both ? Then run the bike for a while and see if the flow from the pipe stops, it's likely that this is simply the coolant finding it's correct level. cal1892 Posted February 22, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 it seems to gush out as im riding as in the seal you mean the thinest of the thinest rubber on the end of the cap? ive checked this and it seems ok, bike also running quite hot. where can i get a new seal ?
