Need Gas Cap Information-ty 350

Featured Replies

I have a TY350 with a cracked gas cap. OEM replacement is $100. Does anyone know which other gas caps might work as a replacement?

For sale TY gas cap $95....... :rotfl:........ sorry couldn't resist it.

I'd try one of the bike wreckers for a yamaha plastic tank off any bike. Also try Sammy Millar

I can suggest trying somewhere that sells parts for Chinese dirt bikes because I recently needed a fuel tank cap for my PW50 Yamaha and the local Yamaha shop told me the cap for the Chinese copy of the PW50 would fit, and it did, and it was very cheap, and from memory the cap for the TY250/350 monos is very much like the PW50 cap.

Check out bjracing.com they have them for $24.95

Thanks. I emailed and called BJRacing. They have answered neither.

I'll try one of your other suggestions.

BJracing isn't always the fastest to get back to you. In their defense, they were riding in a Trial in NC this past weekend (Sat and Sun). Have no idea when they got home. He does check in here so may get back to you from your post.

Dam, they are listed on their site at 24.95, looks like someone needs to up date the price list. Sorry for the wrong info.
